No, I don't give out raw images as they are not a finished product, or close to the photos you see on my portfolio. Here's a good example for why I don't give out raws. Suppose you saw someone go to a restaurant and ask the chef for the raw ingredients used to make a dish – you probably would be genuinely surprised to see such an interaction. All jokes aside, while I understand wanting to see the unedited photos. But you are hiring a professional photographer to get the finished product, in their unique style. Part of the process of creating a beautiful photograph is the post editing work. You will receive lovely, high quality, edited photos of your big day.

Can we get the raw images as well as the edited ones?

In your final package you will receive a USB with high resolution Jpegs with a printing release (great for any prints), an online private gallery that will be yours to share active for a year after your wedding! The gallery is super easy to use, make favourites, downloads, and add prints to your cart.  There is a full print shop attached to your gallery - with Canadian and Ontario based labs that I love and trust, and is super easy to order from!

What can we expect in our final package? Do you offer prints?

Yes of course! I photograph weddings mostly in Prince Edward County, Toronto and Muskoka. But I happily serve all of southern Ontario with love and care. Anything within 100km of my home base is covered in my packages. Afterwards there is a very reasonable rate per km. If your wedding is further than 100km, please let me know while inquiring about your wedding. I will be happy to give you an accurate quote. I am also happy to photograph anywhere in Ontario, Canada, or destination weddings.

What area do you cover? Are you willing to travel? Do you do destination weddings too?

Frequently Asked Questions

HAVE MORE QUESTIONS?
COME SAY HEY!

How do you keep our images safe?

This process is something I go over in depth during our meeting. But I have a full step-by-step process of subbing in Associate photographers in the worst case scenario. Also, I have a full ‘Emergency Plan’ document in our safe for my partner to access in the case of an absolute emergency. Either way, someone I know and trust will be there to document your day in that worst case scenario.

What happens if you're sick on our wedding day?

This is another question I love to go over during meetings. I love to photograph weddings on two camera bodies, both of those cameras have dual memory card slots. I use one larger memory card as a backup, and switch smaller cards out throughout the day. This is just incase one of the cards have issues, or corrupts (this doesn't happen often, but it's always good to be extra safe!)

That way if anything were to happen with a memory card, I have a second backup. I also wear a super adorable fanny pack with my memory cards on me until I physically walk into my house (yes, I even wear it on my drive home in case I stop anywhere and leave my car haha). Once I’m home I back your photos up on multiple hard drives and to the cloud, and keep your cards in it’s own individual envelope in our fireproof safe until your photos are delivered.

Talking for hours and dozing off with the tv on. The record skips a few times and we pick a new song to fall asleep to. Morning coffee, a few minutes late to work, a brisk walk down the street window shopping for the upcoming fall season. Wool sweaters, bare trees, cold nights.

Question 8

So cold we can see our breath as we hike the open fields in the fog. Climbing and chasing waterfalls while the sun sets behind the mountain and the snow falls in the river. Chatting with locals while we sip our coffee and head out for the next adventure.

Question 7

Morning coffee and reading the newspaper together, the cool fall breeze blowing through the window as you pour another cup. Black denim and leather boots, the deepest crimson flannel. Rose gold and velvet. Rich and lush. Red wine and dark twilight nights.

Question 6

Cozy sweaters, vintage demin, and Pabst while telling one of a kind love stories. The trials and tribulations of love, joy, and happiness. Lastly, champagne brunch and avocado toast while surrounded by the finest exposed brick, dreamcatchers, and maps to our souls.
